Learning Compass strives to be a leader in the field of education and learning. After three years in business, but 30 years of experience in classrooms, schools, organizations, and universities, we continue to share with others what we have learned and create that “research to practice” connection. With the launching of our new website, we ask you to take time to see what we have been up to as we continue our mission to “chart the course to success”.
Our focus is to assist schools and organizations:
- Create sustainable systems of communication, learning, and teaching
- Support social architecture in the learning community to shape mindset, attitudes, and practices towards stronger student outcomes and new teaching pedagogies
- Highlight a critical examination of practice that influences learning through planning, reflection, data-collection, and coaching
- Initiate learning that effects student growth and motivation
- Develop a professional community through attending to personal teacher and administrator development
