Facilitator Trainer Qualifications
•    Completed Master’s Degree in Education
•    Minimum of 4 years teaching experience
•    Creative, innovative, and able to share experiences in the classroom with others
•    Positive-focused, life-long learner
•    Recommended by colleagues and administrators as an exceptional teacher
•    Computer and internet savvy, available by email on an ongoing basis
•    Knowledgeable in the field of education and current on new research
•    Previous experience in training with adult learners and professional development
•    Online facilitating and coaching is a plus
•    Available to train during the teaching day and/or weekends
•    Some travel may be needed
