Welcome from our CEO and Founder

Dear Innovative Educators,

The face of education continues to change each year as we research new venues to enhance the opportunity for learning and student achievement. The needs are becoming more and more diverse for both adults and our children. We talk about coaching with outcomes, data alignment and assessment, new standards, and interventions to focus on the strengths of our students today. In order to stay current with the ever-changing face of learning, we must continue to examine what best practices are being found and how these affect our organizational practices every day.

In a recent discussion a colleague shared his view of how we need to think about professional development and the enterprise of learning, with focused leadership at the core, as:

  • CAUGHT from first-hand experience (eg experiential learning, environments and people)
  • TAUGHT through imparting principles, processes and techniques (knowledge) relating understanding and context
  • BOUGHT (‘buy in’) by people experiencing the tangible value of the particular attitudes in their personal lives first, then their professional lives

Our new programs, collaborative ventures, and partners are some of our biggest news. We can’t wait to share them with you. We also look forward to more new adventures. Come join us!
