What is Learning Compass?

Learning Compass was founded in July, 2008, as a response to the need in the educational field for quality professional development that has a lasting effect on student achievement through strengthening teacher knowledge and practice. Learning Compass builds creatively designed learning experiences supported by best practices in research and uses consulting and coaching to enable participants to use new ideas and enhance their own classroom practices while networking and sharing their expertise with others.

Learning Compass has expanded to a national company with a concentrated presence in Arizona, Florida, New York, and Texas.

The SUCCESS Model - Professional learning experiences with coaching for teachers and administrators to understand and support the learning of language and literacy, especially for English Language Learners.

SUCCESS Coaching -  Learning Compass believes promoting the use of professional learning teams and a school community approach is the most beneficial for a positive change initiative.

The Navigator Program -  A cutting-edge professional development program creatively designed for educators that desire to become quality trainers for their district’s goals and initiatives.

The COACH Learning Network - A professional learning network for adults and students.
